a plate filled with:
1 apple,
1 orange,
a handful of blueberries,
and a handful of cherries.
that summed up my lunch.
my dinner was 2 veggie patties that added up to be 300 calories that i consumed at 5ish.
fasting day 1, success.

i'm going to try to sleep before 11pm tonight.
