Spent 30 minutes reading by the pool, in the cabana.

30 minutes swimming.

30 minutes in the jacuzzi.

And decided to come up when I felt I'm going to get dizzy pretty soon.

And it was time to get ready for care group anyway.

Time to get clean and ready.

Going to prepare my heart and mind now.
