I realized how much lesser I eat now..
Comparing to the past.
I just had this granola bar, a pack of kettlecorn and now I'm drinking the starbucks thing that my Daddy left behind at this house since a month plus ago.
Seemed so little right?
But it feels like I ate a whole pile of rice with a ton of side dishes along with it.
Need to eat lesser.
To lose weight.
